THE North Brisbane Pocket Bike Club has experienced a surge in members as interest grows ahead of January’s Summer Race Series.
Based at Dakabin’s famous Lakeside Raceway, the club started earlier this year for motor sport enthusiasts looking for a fun, family environment.
“We offer free junior coaching with a high emphasis on safety and fun,’’ committee member Kim Cocksedge said.
Sunday’s club meet included a mock five-lap race to give members a taste for racing ahead of the Summer Series.
